Three Lil Pigs Barbeque holds a special place in the hearts of Botetourt County and Roanoke residents. Brian Tyree, owner and master chef, has always been passionate about delicious BBQ and top-notch cooking. You can tell it’s not just a business, but a labor of love.

The story of Three Lil Pigs Barbeque began way back in 1990, when it first opened its doors in the Roanoke City Market. Then in 2003, it found a new home in scenic and picturesque Botetourt County. It was a leap of faith to take the restaurant to a new location, but the owners, Bill and Dremma Gaul, entrusted Brian to carry on the tradition.

Brian worked alongside the Gauls for over 15 years before taking over in 2019. As a true native of Botetourt County, Brian feels honored to continue the legacy of Three Lil Pigs Barbeque. There’s just something special and nostalgic about the place that brings folks back for more.
